Return Policy
At Annick Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident with every order. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
To submit a claim:
- Email us at hello@annickapparel.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We kindly ask that all merchandise be inspected upon delivery so any issues can be addressed promptly. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Eligible Returns:
Must have RA number
Items must be in original, unused condition
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
Return Process:
Contact us within the 7-day window to request return authorization
Provide order number, item details, and reason for return
Await return authorization number before shipping items back
Package items securely in original packaging when possible
Include return authorization number with shipment
Return Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless items are defective or shipped in error
We recommend using trackable shipping methods
Risk of loss during return shipping lies with the buyer until items are received at our facility
Processing:
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized products
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged by buyer negligence
Defective Items:
We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items
Replacement or full refund will be provided at our discretion
